Evening Tour (approx. 3.5 hours) – Includes restaurants such as an amazing hidden teashop, one of the oldest restaurants in Ibiza, and a special restaurant with tapas of Michelin star quality.
We start the tour at 18.00h in the port of the old town of Ibiza – the centre for business, trading and meeting people for 1000s of years.
On a typical tour, we first take you to one of the oldest restaurants in Ibiza, which first opened in 1872! From here we continue the experience with a stop at one of the most special restaurants on Ibiza, the ‘living room’ of chef Boris. This wonderful chef worked at a famous Michelin starred restaurant in Copenhagen and now he prepares the most amazing tapas for us while using the best fresh products grown on the island.
We will walk to an enchanting tea salon in the backstreets of Ibiza where we’ll enjoy a delicious infusion of Ibizan herbs along with a traditional sweet pastry from Ibiza’s oldest bakery.
We’ll continue with a bocadillo of Ibizan sobrasada, Mahon cheese and honey from Formentera, followed by a bustling Spanish restaurant popular with the locals to taste more amazing tapas.
We finish the tour with a short walk through the old town to taste some delicious locally-produced ice cream.
The tour lasts about 3 ½ hours and it’s the equivalent of having dinner. The restaurants that we visit can change and we do not guarantee to visit any specific restaurants.
