Our Tours
On an Ibiza Food Tour we’ll take you to a variety of carefully-selected locations and share the stories that the chefs and owners have told us
We start the tours at 18.00h in the port of the old town of Ibiza – the centre for business, trading and meeting people for thousands of years.
On a typical Original Food Tour, you might visit the oldest bar in the port of Ibiza. From here we could continue the experience with a stop at one of the most special restaurants on Ibiza, the ‘living room’ of chef Boris. This wonderful chef worked at a famous Michelin starred restaurant in Copenhagen and we get to try a tapa made from the best, fresh products from the island.
With the biggest & most prestigious jamón supplier in Ibiza, we learn about the amazing Pata Negra, the Black Iberian pig, and the curing process that leads to the amazingly sweet and complex flavours in Jamón Iberico.
A very popular stop is at a quirky place which serves a bocadillo of Ibizan sobrasada, Mahon cheese and honey also from Ibiza. We also love taking our guests to a bustling Spanish restaurant popular with the locals to taste more amazing tapas.
We normally finish the tour with a short walk through the old town to taste some delicious locally-produced ice cream.
The tour lasts about 3 ½ hours and it’s the equivalent of having dinner. The restaurants that we visit often change and we do not guarantee to visit any specific restaurants.
On a typical Premium Food Tour, we focus on restaurants with premium-quality ingredients & setting. We will stop at one of the most special restaurants on Ibiza, the ‘living room’ of chef Boris. This wonderful chef worked at a famous Michelin starred restaurant in Copenhagen and on the Premium Food Tour he prepares 3 amazing tapas for us, made from the best locally-sourced, seasonal products grown on the island.
On the Premium Tour, we’re delighted to include a high quality, sophisticated Argentinian fish restaurant, where we try 2 different dishes, both paired with premium-quality wine: a dish of premium-quality cured raw fish made from wild species caught in a net, and a speciality rice dish, similar to risotto but more creamy!
