Morning Tour (5 hours) – including the local produce market, coffee, tapas and the oldest bakery of Ibiza.

We begin the tour at 10.30h in the marina area – the centre for business, trading and meeting people for 1000s of years. We’ll start by enjoying the different coffees Ibiza has to offer – including the brandy-rich Carajillo. You’ll also tantalise your taste buds with Angel Hair and we visit the most incredible little tea shop you ever saw and try an infusion specially made for us with 8 herbs of Ibiza. The last sweet stop is at the oldest bakery on Ibiza where the owners will let you try the local Flao.

In the second, and savoury part of the tour, we’ll move to the incredible local produce market to understand how the locals shop. You’ll meet enchanting stall holders who’ll proudly offer you tastes of local sausages and fresh fish! We continue the tour by learning how the famous Iberico Jamon is produced, eat tapas in a very typical Spanish bar and go to a place where they kept the traditions of Northern Spain alive; drinking cider and eating homemade croquetas.

We will finish the experience with a lovely walk through the old town where we have a nice ice cream made of the local milk of Ibiza.
